Aadi Jewellery Tracking Solution is a customizable time saving solution created to enable jewelry store managers and owners to keep track of their sales associate’s jewelry showing activities. Aadi;s Jewellery Tracking is a complete solution that enables the jewelry facility's staff to attach a very small RFID tag to the item, enter it into a database driven software package and after the sales associate scans their identification card and utilizes our jewelry antenna, you are able to collect data that tells you what pieces were shown, what was sold and how long it took to conduct the showing.
Aadi’s solution can be deployed in-store or at the warehouse and be used for updating and tracking inventory. Jewelry items can be tagged with discrete, tamper-evident RFID tags with unique identification numbers linked with full details of the item. On scanning the items with a small reader, the information can be transmitted to an inventory database, which runs on a standard PC in the store/warehouse.
Once attached to an item, the tag cannot be removed without deactivation. Any tampering and / or misplacement can be detected while taking inventory using a handheld RFID reader. Thus within a short time inventory can be taken and uploaded to the database which facilitates smooth business through seamless visibility. At the end of the business day, the stocks at store can be scanned and reconciled with the updated database. If any tags are uncounted for, the software has the capability to send alerts to the staff.
Aadi uses a RFID jewellery tag in 13.56MHz that guarantees accurate traceability and quick inventory checks of jewellery, from manufacturers to retailers. The new 13.56 MHz RFID jewellery tag has a thickness of just 0.6mm and a rectangle figure of 12*26mm, and a customised logo can be printed on the tag.
